Linked Helper Data Enrichment Terms of Use
Your Use of LH Data Enrichment
Linked Helper LLC (“Linked Helper”, “we”, or “us”) welcomes you to use LH Data Enrichment.
These terms of use (“LH Data Enrichment Terms”) govern your use of LH Data Enrichment in addition to Linked Helper’s main Terms of Use (“Main Terms”). In case of any inconsistency, the LH Data Enrichment Terms will control. By clicking “I accept” or a similar button or by installing, accessing, or using LH Data Enrichment you confirm that you have read the LH Data Enrichment Terms and the Main Terms and that you agree to be bound by them. Otherwise, do not use LH Data Enrichment.
Definitions
“Output Data” means data you derive from the LH Data Enrichment Database.
“LH Data Enrichment Database” means a database compiled from User-Generated Data.
“LH Data Enrichment” is a tool that allows you to search for emails of LinkedIn users, as described in these LH Data Enrichment Terms.
"Data Credits" means the currency used within LH Data Enrichment that determines your usage limits for accessing and enriching data from the LH Data Enrichment Database.
“User-Generated Data” means data generated by you or other users using the Linked Helper application, including collected people and organizations profiles with their contact information and excluding your messaging history, message templates, and campaigns settings.
1. Services Accessible through LH Data Enrichment
1.1. The Linked Helper application allows you to search, select, collect, and process data from third-party websites and sources. The resulting User-Generated Data is stored on your computer
1.2. By using LH Data Enrichment, you expressly allow us to access, copy, and store your User-Generated Data. LH Data Enrichment automatically copies your User-Generated Data from your computer or mobile device to the LH Data Enrichment Database.
1.3. LH Data Enrichment allows you to search for and enrich information about LinkedIn connections in the LH Data Enrichment Database without accessing LinkedIn. The amount of accessible information and enrichment operations available to you is determined by your available Data Credits balance.
2. Data Credits Usage
2.1. Each data enrichment operation consumes Data Credits from your account balance.
2.2. Different types of data enrichment operations may consume different amounts of Data Credits.
2.3. Data Credits are non-refundable and non-transferable.
2.4. You are responsible for monitoring your Data Credits balance and purchasing additional credits as needed.
2.5. Data Credit Expiration
2.5.1. Data Credits purchased directly from Linked Helper as a standalone purchase do not have an expiration date, unless otherwise specified at the time of purchase.
2.5.2. Data Credits that are included with or bundled as part of a Linked Helper license subscription will expire at the end of the corresponding license period. Upon expiration or termination of your license, any unused Data Credits associated with that license will be forfeited and cannot be used, refunded, or transferred.
2.5.3. We reserve the right to implement expiration dates for directly purchased Data Credits in the future. If such changes are made, they will apply only to Data Credits purchased after the effective date of the change, and you will be notified of any such changes in accordance with Section 7 of these Terms.
3. User-Generated Content and Data Sharing
When you use LH Data Enrichment or provide us User-Generated Data such as names, addresses, business titles, emails, or phone numbers of contacts or other persons, you agree to the following:
3.1. You agree to collect and process only data which you are allowed to collect and process. If you request LH Data Enrichment or Linked Helper to collect or process the personal data of a third party, you warrant that you have that third party's prior authorization to do so.
3.2. You assign to us a perpetual, irrevocable, free right to access, use, make available, copy, display, adapt, translate, publish, or distribute your User-Generated Data to any third party, our users, and partners (including in de-identified form for any purpose).
3.3. You have the right to grant us the rights to the User-Generated Data.
3.4. You have no rights to request deletion or modification of data contained in the LH Data Enrichment Database.
4. Your Use of the LH Data Enrichment Database
We remain the sole owner of the Output Data which have been derived by you through the LH Data Enrichment Database.
You may not resell, distribute, or create derivative works from the Output Data. You may not develop any service, product, dataset, or derivative work from the LH Data Enrichment Database.
5. Restrictions
When you use LH Data Enrichment, the LH Data Enrichment Database, or Output Data, you will not act in a manner that may compromise the performance of LH Data Enrichment.
6. Disclaimer of Warranties
Your use of LH Data Enrichment, access to third-party websites, or use of third-party content is at your own risk.
7. Changes to These Terms
From time to time, we may modify or amend the LH Data Enrichment Terms. If you continue to use LH Data Enrichment following such modification or amendment, you accept all such changes and modifications.
