Connect Linked Helper
and Google Sheets

Full name, email, phone, LinkedIn URL, current company, job title, location, connection date, work history (multiple positions), education, skills, languages, and full messaging history. You configure how many positions, education entries, and message history columns to include in the action settings.

You can use your own spreadsheet — the template is a convenience, not a requirement. If you use your own sheet, make sure the tab is named "LH" (or update line 17 of the Apps Script to match your tab name) and that the column headers match the field names Linked Helper sends.

Install the "Send replied to Webhook" plugin in Linked Helper and enable the option in your Check for Replies action. Only profiles that responded to your LinkedIn outreach will be sent to Google Sheets — all others are filtered out.

Yes. If you prefer to route data through Zapier or Make — for example, to transform data or trigger additional actions — use the "Send person to webhook" action with a Zapier or Make webhook URL instead. Note that Zapier limits API calls for unpromoted apps to 100 per minute.

The column headers in your Google Sheet need to match the field names Linked Helper sends. If you deleted a column and want to restore it, add the column back with the exact original header name. The template document (linked in the support article) lists all field names correctly.

Yes. Open the Apps Script, find line 17 (const sheetName = "LH"), and replace LH with whatever your tab is named. Redeploy the script after saving the change.
