Instantly requires a valid email address for every contact — it's the only identifier the platform supports. Contacts without an email are moved to the Failed list automatically. To fix this, add a Visit & Extract action (for 1st-degree connections) or a Find Profile Emails action (for 2nd/3rd-degree connections) before the Send to CRM action in your Linked Helper workflow.

Yes. In the integration settings, select the target Instantly campaign from a dropdown list of your existing campaigns. Each Linked Helper workflow can be pointed at a different campaign, so you can run multiple sourcing streams in parallel.

Instantly matches contacts by email. If a contact with the same email already exists, Linked Helper will update their empty fields rather than creating a duplicate. If you need the same prospect in multiple campaigns, that's managed within Instantly's own campaign settings.

For highly unique, prospect-level personalization, upload a CSV containing custom variables (like a unique, custom-written icebreaker for each lead) into Linked Helper. Then, simply map this custom variable to the personalization or custom field in Instantly. Every lead will arrive with their own unique message prompt.

No. Instantly is a contact-level platform built for email outreach, not account-level CRM management. Company name and other firmographic data can be sent as contact-level fields (e.g., "Company" field), but there is no separate Company or Account object.

No. Just copy your API key from Instantly's Integration settings and paste it into Linked Helper. It's a direct, native integration — no third-party connectors required.
