Yes. You select the pipeline, the stage, the team, and the CRM user the Box should be assigned to right inside the integration settings — every new Box lands exactly where your process expects it.

Absolutely. Every message you send and every reply you receive can be automatically saved to the Box as a meeting note, a box comment, or a call log — whichever matches the way your team already works in Streak.

Linked Helper uses unique identifiers — lh_member_id and lh_public_id — set up in the Box tab. Before creating a new record, it checks Streak for a match on these IDs first, and only updates empty fields if a match is found instead of creating a duplicate.

By default, no — Linked Helper only fills empty fields to protect your existing data. If you want a field to always reflect the latest LinkedIn data, just enable the Overwrite option for that specific field.

No. The integration is native — just grab your API key from Streak's Custom integrations menu and paste it into Linked Helper. No extra subscriptions, no webhooks to build.

Yes. Configure the “Send person to external CRM” action inside the “Check for replies” step or follow-up message in your workflow, and only profiles that actually responded will be pushed to Streak.
