Yes, this feature is available on both Standard and PRO plans. Once you enable the "Save messaging history" option, your LinkedIn conversations will be automatically saved directly to the Candidate's record in Zoho Recruit. While the PRO plan offers unlimited logging, the Standard plan is limited to saving messaging history for up to 20 profiles per day.

Zoho Recruit does not allow creating custom fields via its API — it's a platform limitation. Custom fields (like lh_member_id and lh_public_id) must be created manually inside Zoho Recruit under Settings > Customization > Modules before you map them in Linked Helper.

This usually happens with newly created Zoho Recruit accounts that haven't completed onboarding. Make sure you've entered a company name and finished the initial Zoho Recruit setup — the platform restricts API access until onboarding is complete.

By default, email is the only identifier — and many LinkedIn profiles don't show emails publicly. Create lh_member_id and lh_public_id as custom fields in Zoho Recruit and set them as additional identifiers in Linked Helper; the tool will check them before creating any new Candidate.
