Use LinkedIn search filters to collect a specific segment of your 1st-degree connections. Want to review your entire network? Collect it from the My Network page: unlike search, it isn't capped at 1,000 results, so even 25,000 connections fit.

Will they be notified?
LinkedIn does not send a direct removal notification. The person may still notice that the connection has changed.
What is lost?
Recommendations and skill endorsements associated with the connection are removed and do not return automatically.
Can you undo it?
There is no undo. You can send a new connection request in about a month. Previously removed recommendations and endorsements will not be restored.
