Waalaxy Review 2026: Pricing, Limits, and Cloud Changes
Waalaxy website showing its LinkedIn prospecting tool and free-trial offer

Waalaxy is a LinkedIn prospecting tool that moved from its Chrome extension to cloud-based campaign execution in July 2026. It runs prebuilt sequences for invitations, messages, and follow-ups; the Business plan also includes email campaigns. Its permanent free plan does not run automated campaigns.

That update matters when you read older reviews. Waalaxy no longer needs its old extension to run campaigns, and the familiar “80 free invitations per month” offer is absent from the current free plan. The product has changed; advice based on its earlier version can send you in the wrong direction.

One buyer put the problem well in a September Reddit discussion about Waalaxy, Dripify, Expandi, and Linked Helper:

This review looks at the current plans, sequence limits, signup experience, and billing terms. Cloud execution also means trusting a provider to act through your LinkedIn account, so we'll cover the security implications alongside the features.

I'd start with two questions: does one of Waalaxy's sequence models match the way you prospect, and what will the full subscription cost? A solo operator using a standard invitation-and-follow-up sequence has a different decision to make from an agency paying for twenty accounts, enrichment, and reply management.

What Waalaxy users say

The positive reviews praise the interface and campaign setup. Negative reviews raise more concrete concerns: unavailable imports, support hours, and refund handling. These are individual experiences, not a measure of how often problems occur; the March and April reviews predate the July cloud update.

Where users were disappointed

Jerome huggy, Trustpilot, Aug 23, 2026 — 1/5, reported that Sales Navigator import was greyed out after buying Advanced. His review ends: “Et le robot n a ete d aucune aide.” (“And the bot was no help,” translated from French.) Waalaxy apologized and asked him to contact a human support agent with a screenshot. The public reply doesn't establish that the issue was resolved. This review appeared after the cloud update; I'd check that specific import workflow before paying.

Sawyer Gaffney, Trustpilot, Nov 3, 2025 — 2/5, criticized support availability for US businesses, especially on the West Coast: “the only time they are online is in the middle of the night”. Waalaxy replied that human support operated on weekdays during French business hours, with a chatbot outside those hours. This is an older review, so it isn't evidence of today's schedule. For a US team, though, it's a good reason to ask when a person will actually be available.

Joe Bow's one-star refund complaint deserves context. Waalaxy replied that it had processed Joe Bow's refund on Mar 27, 2026 and attributed the delay to the payment provider and bank.

Daniel Kunz described a positive support and billing-resolution experience.

I wouldn't use either review alone to predict how a new refund request will go, but together they make the case for reading the terms before paying.

Our Sep 30, 2026 snapshots showed 4.8/5 from 1,299 reviews on Trustpilot, 4.5/5 from 1,600 on G2, and 4.4/5 from 253 on Capterra. Those are platform ratings, not our own score or a survey of US customers.

My takeaway: people who like Waalaxy often value having the outreach process laid out for them. If you need a less conventional sequence or expect to change plans frequently, the details below matter more than the star rating.

Waalaxy's move from extension to cloud

Waalaxy announced the removal of its old Chrome extension on Jul 1, 2026. Campaigns now run through the web application without requiring your browser or computer to stay on. The optional Alien Copilot extension is an importing shortcut, rather than the engine that runs campaigns.

Waalaxy's July 1, 2026 announcement of its move to fully cloud-based execution

Waalaxy's cloud announcement, captured Sep 30, 2026.

Fully cloud-based describes where the work happens. The provider runs activity through your connected LinkedIn account, so you depend on its handling of account access and its remote environment. IP location, IP reputation, and device consistency can matter for account security. Our LinkedIn automation security study explains those risks; it does not establish a restriction rate for the current Waalaxy product.

You can run campaigns with your laptop off. That is an operational difference, not a reason to assume the account is safer.

Signing up: LinkedIn credentials before you can look around

One part of registration gave us pause. After four introductory questions, the signup flow went straight to “Create my account with LinkedIn” and asked for a LinkedIn email and password. It also offered an “I use Google sign-in” option.

I found that an unusual starting point. You have to connect your LinkedIn account before you can look around the application; there isn't an initial email-only signup that lets you explore first. We would have preferred to see the workspace before handing over account credentials.

The signup screen we saw on Sep 30, 2026. The product illustration on the right belongs to Waalaxy.

That early request is relevant to the cloud setup: the service needs access to act through your account. Its separate Infinite Login guide also describes an optional connection using your LinkedIn password and authenticator secret. Decide whether you're comfortable with that access before subscribing; the security study covers the broader tradeoff.

Waalaxy pricing: monthly rates versus annual commitments

The English pricing page displays euros. These are the rates shown on Oct 3, 2026, matching our Sep 30, 2026 research; they aren't guaranteed US-dollar checkout prices.

Full-term amounts are calculated from the displayed monthly equivalents, before tax or checkout adjustments. Quarterly and annual subscriptions are paid upfront.

Advanced gives you more LinkedIn invitations and API/MCP access. Business adds email campaigns and a larger email-finder allowance. Don't confuse finding an email address with being able to send an email sequence: those are separate features.

LinkedIn Inbox is an optional €20/month add-on, according to the pricing FAQ. The page also advertises 500 free conversations without a time limit. That allowance belongs to Inbox; it isn't a free campaign-automation plan.

For a US purchase, check the currency, taxes, selected term, first charge, and renewal amount at checkout. The lowest number on the page isn't necessarily the amount you'll pay today.

Campaigns: choose a model, then work within it

Waalaxy's models combine profile visits, follows, invitations, messages, email finding, and email. They include delays and conditions that govern a prospect's progress, including what happens after a reply. If the library contains the sequence you want, you can use that structure without designing it from scratch.

The limitation is clear: you cannot add or remove an action from a sequence model or build a sequence from scratch.

The limits of sequence editing, shown in Waalaxy's help center on Sep 30, 2026.

A visit → invitation → two-message sequence may cover your process. If you need another action or a different order that the library doesn't offer, editing the message won't fix it. I'd write down the sequence I actually need before choosing an annual subscription.

A/B testing takes two campaigns

Waalaxy's documented A/B method is manual: split prospects into two lists, create two campaigns from the same model, change the invitation note or message, and compare results. It isn't described as automatic random assignment with a statistical winner.

Keep the audiences comparable and change one thing at a time. Different target groups can explain different reply rates just as easily as different wording.

Invitation limits: more campaigns do not mean more capacity

Pro advertises 300 invitations per month; Advanced and Business advertise 800. The quota guide describes about 11 invitations a day on Pro, and a daily maximum of 100 plus a weekly maximum of 200 on Advanced and Business. LinkedIn's own restrictions can stop an account before it reaches Waalaxy's advertised allowance.

All campaigns on one account share its quotas. Ten campaigns don't give you ten times the sending capacity. Team members have their own account limits. Waalaxy also sets separate limits for messages, visits, and follows, and its quota guide says it doesn't support InMail.

Adjusting the daily limits

You can lower daily limits under Settings → Account Activity, but not raise them above the plan maximum. The guide also describes daily quotas varying between 80% and 100% of the maximum. Those controls let you reduce activity; they don't guarantee freedom from LinkedIn restrictions.

For me, the more useful numbers are accepted connections, relevant replies, and qualified conversations. Sending the full invitation allowance is only useful if the audience and messages make sense.

Email Finder: budget credits separately from campaigns

Waalaxy's Email Finder uses waterfall enrichment through BetterContact, FullEnrich, and Dropcontact. You don't need separate subscriptions to those services for the built-in search. An email found costs one credit; bulk searches can reserve credits temporarily, and unsuccessful searches return them. Included credits reset monthly without rollover.

Pro and Advanced include 25 credits per month; Business includes 500. If you need hundreds of new work emails, Pro's headline price won't tell you the full cost. Budget for enrichment and, if you want to send email campaigns inside Waalaxy, the Business subscription.

There is one reporting detail I'd watch closely. A prospect can pass the “Has email” step with an existing personal LinkedIn address when no new professional email was found. That successful step doesn't necessarily mean you gained a new work email. Check where the address came from before counting it as new enrichment.

HubSpot: you don't need Advanced for the native integration

Waalaxy's native outbound HubSpot synchronization is available on Pro, Advanced, and Business, with a free or paid HubSpot account. The API requirement is separate. If native HubSpot export is all you need, that alone isn't a reason to buy Advanced.

You can sync campaign prospects, use events such as accepted invitations or replies, or export selected prospects manually. The integration supports static HubSpot lists; it doesn't retrieve dynamic or custom-filtered lists. That distinction matters if your CRM process depends on those lists.

Supported plans in Waalaxy's HubSpot guide, captured Sep 30, 2026.

AI, MCP, and API: check the operation you need

Waami generates campaign copy from details such as your audience, offer, and call to action. The Copilot skill helps prepare targeting, lists, and outreach content through an external assistant. I'd treat both as help with preparation, and still review what will reach a prospect.

API and MCP access require Advanced or Business. The documented Claude-based MCP setup also requires a paid Claude plan, while the skill has different requirements.

MCP has limits worth knowing before you build around it: the guide says it cannot read full conversations, reply automatically, schedule campaigns, or retrieve campaign performance reports. “Has AI” tells you much less than whether it can perform the specific task you need.

Teams and agencies: count accounts, operators, and add-ons

Waalaxy charges by seat, with one seat corresponding to a Waalaxy/LinkedIn account. Team features include shared management, delegated access, and centralized billing. Members can give colleagues access to their Waalaxy application through that workflow without exchanging LinkedIn credentials with each other.

Every seat uses the same plan and billing frequency. The Inbox option cannot be selected for only one team member, so a small add-on can become a larger team expense. Check permissions before assigning access.

Five Advanced seats at monthly list prices cost 5 × €99 = €495/month. Add Inbox at €20 for each seat and the illustrative total reaches €595/month, before tax, enrichment, or other subscriptions. Waalaxy publishes volume discounts starting at five accounts, but you must request the relevant code before paying. Confirm what it covers rather than assuming every add-on is discounted.

Shared credits, separate quotas, and paid managers

The Team FAQ says an administrator needs a paying seat and the right permissions to manage the team. Five operators managing twenty LinkedIn accounts could mean twenty seats if their accounts are already included, or twenty-five if they need additional accounts.

Email Finder credits are pooled; invitations, messages, and profile actions keep their per-account quotas. Twenty Business seats supply 10,000 included finder credits per month to share across the team. The FAQ also says members can't view colleagues' Waalaxy Inbox, so delegated campaign access doesn't give you a unified team reply inbox.

Waalaxy's Team FAQ showing separate action quotas and pooled Email Finder credits

Credit pooling and account quotas in Waalaxy's Team FAQ, captured Sep 30, 2026.

You also can't share or duplicate campaigns across members with one click. The documented route is to create the campaign in the other account and copy the messages; prospect transfers use CSV export and re-import. Seats can be reassigned, but reducing the number of paid seats takes effect at renewal. I'd pay particular attention to that last rule before buying a year for a client who may leave sooner.

What twenty accounts could cost

Suppose five operators manage twenty LinkedIn accounts, need native outbound HubSpot sync, and use 400 finder credits per account per month: 8,000 credits total. These estimates leave out Inbox, additional AI subscriptions, and Sales Navigator.

ConfigurationMonthly subscription estimateFinder allowanceWhat to check
20 Business seats, list price€2,78010,000 pooled credits/monthWhether operator accounts are included in the 20
20 Business seats, published 20-seat discount applied€2,22410,000 pooled credits/monthGet the code before paying and confirm eligibility
20 Pro seats, list price€780 plus a recurring finder add-on500 included; 7,500 more neededAvailable credit packs and their full price
25 Business seats, if operators need additional accounts, published discount applied€2,78012,500 pooled credits/monthWhether all five additional accounts are needed

Calculated from the monthly list prices and the published 20% discount from twenty accounts. Tax is excluded; discount eligibility must be confirmed. No add-on discount is assumed.

Business supplies enough included credits in this example. I wouldn't automatically call it the cheapest option, though: Pro includes native HubSpot, and a finder add-on might cost less than upgrading every seat. Waalaxy gives a €40/month excluding VAT example for 1,000 extra monthly credits, billed €480 upfront on an annual term. That doesn't tell us the quote for 7,500 extra credits. Add-ons are recurring, with no one-time credit purchases or rollover.

Twenty annual Business seats with that published discount work out to €1,104/month equivalent, or €13,248 upfront. Annual billing changes the commitment as much as the price.

Provider-hosted execution removes the need to budget for a local campaign host, but client accounts still depend on the provider's remote sessions. Review the cloud security tradeoffs, then check how duplicate prevention handles prospects who appear in more than one client's list.

Free plan and trial: two different offers

Waalaxy's permanent Freemium plan keeps existing data available and permits CSV import. It doesn't run automated campaigns. A trial temporarily unlocks paid features; that isn't the same as ongoing free automation.

The pricing page advertises a 14-day trial, but the help article gives conflicting descriptions. One passage connects seven days to monthly Advanced and fourteen days to yearly Advanced; another describes Business features and conversion to monthly Business. It says a card is required and that the trial can become a paid subscription.

I'd use the activation screen to confirm the actual duration, plan, first charge, and billing term. The help article says no reminder is sent before the first charge, so put the deadline in your calendar if you're only trying the product.

Cancelling Waalaxy: what happens to access and your payment

Cancelling a paid subscription stops the next renewal; it doesn't automatically refund the payment you've already made. The payment guide gives this route: Settings → Invoices → Manage my subscription, then follow the cancellation instructions. It says to cancel at least 24 hours before automatic renewal.

Your paid access continues until the end of the current billing period, then the account moves to Freemium. If you paid for a year upfront, cancellation leaves you with the remainder of that year; it doesn't turn the annual purchase into a monthly subscription. The free plan keeps your data available but won't run automated campaigns.

During a trial, the help center points to Settings → Invoices → Cancel my free trial to disable auto-renewal before the first payment. It also directs users to Invoices → Manage payments to check that cancellation succeeded.

Waalaxy's official trial-cancellation screenshot highlighting Settings, Invoices, and Cancel my free trial

Waalaxy's own illustration of trial cancellation, retrieved Oct 3, 2026. It shows the trial button; paid subscriptions use “Manage my subscription.” The older prices visible in this illustration are not the current rates.

If you want a refund after a charge, treat that as a separate request to support. Include the invoice and payment date, explain the reason, and ask which written terms apply. The refund section currently links to a missing terms page, so it doesn't give readers a usable blanket refund promise. The contrasting customer experiences above are another reason to get an answer in writing before relying on a refund.

My advice is simple: cancel future renewal first, keep the confirmation, and handle any request for money back separately. Closing a tab or stopping campaigns isn't the cancellation route described in Waalaxy's guide.

Waalaxy and LinkedIn account security

LinkedIn prohibits unauthorized third-party software that scrapes or automates activity on its website, and says it can restrict or close accounts for using it. That policy applies to this category, including Linked Helper.

With cloud automation, you also need to consider who controls account access and the environment performing the actions. A remote IP or device that differs from your usual setup can add security signals. Those are architectural concerns, not proof that a particular Waalaxy user will be restricted. The LinkedIn automation security study covers the mechanisms and the limits of the evidence.

The study's older Waalaxy extension findings predate the July update; they shouldn't be presented as observations of the current cloud-only signup flow. Likewise, daily quotas aren't a promise of safety, and this review doesn't claim a measured restriction rate for either product.

I'd make the account-access decision before the pricing decision. If the account is essential to your work and you can't accept unauthorized-automation risk, a lower subscription price doesn't resolve that concern.

Linked Helper workflows, Linked Helper pricing, security comparison.

I'd compare them using one real campaign you want to run. If Waalaxy's library covers it, decide whether its account-access model and full price suit you. If the missing action or sequence order matters, Linked Helper's custom builder is worth a look.

Linked Helper has its own costs: the application must keep running, you need to plan hosting, and more flexibility means more configuration. Its cloud data-storage option doesn't make campaign execution vendor-hosted.

My take on Waalaxy

The sequence library is the deciding feature for me. If a model matches your process, Pro covers LinkedIn outreach within its smaller allowances. Advanced makes sense when you need more invitations or API/MCP access. Business adds email sequences and more included finder credits.

I'd hesitate to pay annually until I'd checked the exact model, the full cost of seats and add-ons, and what happens at cancellation. For a team, I'd also clarify who needs a paid seat and how replies will be handled. The cloud update changes where campaigns run, while account access and LinkedIn's automation rules remain part of the decision.

Waalaxy may fit a standard outreach process. It is less flexible when you want to build the action chain yourself, and the permanent free plan won't let you keep running campaigns after a trial. Those are the tradeoffs I'd weigh before committing.

Waalaxy is a LinkedIn prospecting tool with prebuilt outreach sequences. It moved campaign execution to the cloud in July 2026; Business adds email campaigns. Provider-hosted execution involves account-access and remote-session risks.
