Linked Helper vs Dripify in 2026: Price, Safety and Features Compared
Linked Helper vs Dripify in 2026: Price, Safety and Features Compared
Short answer

Linked Helper is the better choice for most teams. It costs $15 per account per month against $79 for a Dripify plan that does real work, has the wider toolkit and the higher ratings, and keeps your LinkedIn session under your control. Dripify is quicker to start for one account, because it runs in the cloud with no setup. That fits if you accept the security and detection risks of a vendor holding your session.

We make Linked Helper, so you should know whose guide this is. In October 2026 we signed up for Dripify, checked and cross-checked everything, and talked to support to get the details straight. The screenshots below are from those tests.

The two tools solve the same job in opposite ways. Dripify is a cloud platform that logs in to LinkedIn for you from its own servers. Linked Helper is a desktop app on your own computer or VPS. That one choice decides who holds your LinkedIn session, which IP LinkedIn sees, and what you pay once you add accounts.

Key takeaways

  • Dripify advertises $39 per user per month, but that is the annual price of Basic, a plan with one campaign, no CSV export, no webhooks and no inbox. Work starts on Pro at $79 monthly ($59 billed annually). Linked Helper Standard does the same core job for $15 ($8.25 billed annually).
  • At 20 accounts, hosting and proxies included, Linked Helper costs about $420 a month against $2,655 for Dripify, before tax. On annual billing that is $312 against $2,155.
  • Dripify is quicker to start, for those who accept the security and detection risks of a cloud tool. Campaigns run with the browser closed and the computer off, the IP comes with the plan, and its 7-day trial has full functionality with no credit card.
  • Linked Helper installs on your computer or on a VPS. On a VPS it runs around the clock like a cloud tool, and you stay in control.
  • Dripify has what Linked Helper lacks: email steps in the same sequence and four branching conditions.
  • Public ratings are close. Weighted by review count, Linked Helper has 4.78 across 893 reviews and Dripify 4.61 across 1,362.

Which Is Better, Linked Helper or Dripify?

Linked Helper is ahead on price, ratings, features and control. Dripify is quicker to start and has built-in email steps, which is worth it only if you accept the risks of a vendor holding your session.

Which Has More Features, Linked Helper or Dripify?

Linked Helper has the wider toolkit: more actions, more lead sources, a built-in CRM, a unified inbox and more integrations. Dripify has the neater sequence builder, with email steps and branching in the same flow.

Feature comparison, October 2026.

Yes means the feature is there and works. Partial means it works with strings attached. No means it is not in the product or in the vendor's documentation.

Does Dripify Have Email Steps and Branching That Linked Helper Lacks?

Yes, and that is the strength of its sequence builder. You add a LinkedIn step, an email step and a condition to the same flow, and Dripify inserts an "if email available" check by itself. Linked Helper has no native email channel, so email goes through an integration such as Snov.io or Instantly. If email and LinkedIn in one sequence is the heart of your outreach, this counts for Dripify.

Does Dripify Connect to Your CRM?

Not directly. Dripify's FAQ talks about connections with CRMs, but its integrations page shows only Zapier, Make and Google as live. HubSpot, Slack and Google Sheets sit under "Coming soon". Pro and Advanced send leads out through webhooks, so a CRM route means a paid Zapier or Make subscription on top.

Dripify integrations page. HubSpot, Slack and Google Spreadsheet are marked "Coming soon".

Linked Helper ships 15 direct CRM connectors, including HubSpot, Pipedrive and Salesforce. On Standard the "send to CRM" and webhook actions are capped at 20 profiles per day per account, which is why the entry table below has a row for it.

What Does Dripify's Headline Price Actually Buy?

Less than the headline suggests. Dripify's $39 is the annual price of Basic, billed as $468 up front. Basic has one campaign, 20 invitations and 30 messages a day, and no CSV export, no webhooks and no inbox. The plan that does real work is Pro, at $79 monthly or $59 billed annually, so the real price of getting started is 1.5 to 2 times the number on the banner.

Dripify upgrade screen in our trial account. Basic has one campaign and limited quotas, with personal inbox, Webhook and Zapier, and CSV export crossed out. The tooltip describes Activity control, which sits on Advanced only.

The same gates show on the public pricing page, so nothing is hidden. The point is the gap between the banner and the plan you will use.

Do Dripify's Daily Limits Match Its Pricing Page?

Not on day one. The pricing page promises 75 invitations a day on Pro and Advanced, but our trial account started far below that. In Settings the connection-request slider sat at 5 out of a possible 75, and messages at 5 out of 150.

Dripify Limits and Activity control settings on the Advanced trial with connection requests, messages and profile views all set to 5 per day

Dripify Settings in our trial account. Connection requests 5 of 75, messages 5 of 150, profile views 5 of 400.

Support explained why. With Activity control on, the daily limit starts low and rises automatically based on feedback from LinkedIn. If you set limits by hand, support recommends starting at 20 a day and raising it by 5 to 10 percent a week.

Dripify support chat saying the daily limit starts low by default and increases automatically based on feedback from LinkedIn

Dripify support chat from our trial account. This is a ramp-up by design, and the pricing page does not mention it.

Reviewers describe the same thing from the other side. One Capterra reviewer wrote that "they say 75 per day, the system only sended 5". We treat that as a review, not as a measurement, and the ramp-up is real in our own test.

Do Dripify's Unlimited Campaigns Mean Unlimited Volume?

No. Pro and Advanced have unlimited campaigns, but the daily action pool belongs to the LinkedIn account and is split equally between active campaigns. Ten campaigns on Pro leave about 7 invitations a day for each (75 divided by 10, our arithmetic).

Linked Helper is no different on volume. It runs one campaign at a time and all campaigns share one pool of 150 actions in 24 hours by default. We just do not call it unlimited.

Do Dripify's Email Credits Roll Over?

No. Every Dripify plan includes 100 email finder credits a month, valid for 30 days and not rolled over, and the extra packs follow the same monthly reset. Support confirmed it in our chat.

In Linked Helper credits never expire, whether they came with the licence or were bought separately. The exception is AI credits, where those included with a licence expire with it.

What About Dripify's Refunds?

Dripify's terms say monthly purchases are not refundable, and annual plans can be refunded within 24 hours of payment. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid term. Linked Helper's terms also say it will not refund licence fees already paid, and it publishes no separate refund page, so neither tool is easy to leave mid-term. Time the cancellation, or use the free trial first.

How Much Do Linked Helper and Dripify Cost?

Linked Helper is cheaper at every size, and the gap widens with every account you add. Dripify prices every LinkedIn account as a full subscription, and every manager as one more.

AccountsLinked Helper StandardDripify ProDripify Advanced
1$15 per month$79 per month$99 per month
10$135 per month$790 per month$990 per month
20$240 per month$1,580 per month$1,980 per month

List prices in USD billed monthly, October 2026, before tax, add-ons and hosting. Linked Helper Standard includes the 10% and 20% volume discounts from 10 and 20 licences. Dripify publishes no volume discount.

Linked Helper sells licences for 1, 3, 6 or 12 months, and duration and bulk discounts stack. Bulk discounts apply when the licences are on one invoice (licensing and discounts). One licence runs one LinkedIn account at a time.

What Does a 20-Account Team Really Pay for Linked Helper and Dripify?

About $420 a month with Linked Helper and $2,655 with Dripify, before tax, even after counting the hosting we added for Linked Helper. List prices are only part of the bill, so we costed one scenario. Five managers, 20 LinkedIn accounts, outreach feeding HubSpot, campaigns running 24/7, 400 email lookups per account and 850 follow-ups. Dripify is cloud, so it needs no hosting. Linked Helper lives on your own machines, so we added the hosting it needs.

Cost lineLinked Helper StandardDripify
Licences$240 (20 × $15, 20% volume discount)$1,580 (20 × Pro $79)
Managers$0, workspace seats are free$495 (5 × Advanced $99, the role needs Advanced)

Proxies and IPs$80 (20 at about $4, assumption)Included, you cannot bring your own
Email lookups, 400 per accountIncluded, 12,400 credits a month that never expire$580 (20 × the $29 pack for 1,000, 100 are included and credits are not pooled)
Total per month$420$2,655 plus tax
Total per month, annual billing$312$2,155 plus tax

Monthly cost for 20 accounts, USD, October 2026. VPS and proxy prices are our assumptions, not vendor prices. Dripify figures exclude sales tax.

On annual billing Linked Helper is 20 × $8.25 with the 20% discount, which is $132, plus $180 of servers and proxies. Dripify is 20 × $59 plus 5 × $79, which is $1,575, plus the same $580 of credit packs. The $29 pack price is taken from Dripify's pricing page FAQ.

If you want the unified inbox, you need the Cloud storage version, at $29.90 per licence. If the 20% volume discount applies to it as well, which we have not confirmed, that is about $478 for licences and roughly $660 in total, still about four times less than Dripify.

Annual billing does not close the gap. Dripify drops to $2,155, still about seven times the Linked Helper bill. If your CRM flow needs more than 20 profiles a day per account, Linked Helper needs Pro, which adds $480 and brings it to $900. That is still less than half of the Dripify total.

Support confirmed there is no public volume price. When we asked about 20 accounts on Advanced, billed monthly, the answer was that it would be "worth discussing with our Sales Team".

The seat model is what makes the bill linear. Each LinkedIn account needs its own subscription, and a client or manager you add to the team takes a paid seat too.

The entry ticket

Standard is the real minimum at Linked Helper, and it costs $15. Dripify's real minimum is Pro at $79, 5.3 times the price, and Dripify positions the cloud runtime, built-in email steps and zero setup as the reason to pay it. Move to Linked Helper Pro only if you need message export or more than 20 CRM sends a day.

We have no servers, unlike classic cloud tools, and that is the point. You install Linked Helper wherever you like, on your computer or on a VPS, and your data, cookies, session and IP stay with you. Put it on a VPS and campaigns run around the clock, you log in from any device and a teammate can work in the same instance. It is LinkedIn-first, so teams that need native cold-email sequencing pair it with a dedicated email tool.

Reviewers on Trustpilot, Capterra and G2 praise its simplicity and then complain about billing, which is the most common negative topic. One Trustpilot reviewer wrote in February 2026 that an annual subscription renewed for £473 "without any advance renewal reminder".

Is Linked Helper or Dripify Safer?

We believe Linked Helper is the safer of the two, and we have worked on this problem for almost ten years. It keeps your session and IP on your side, while Dripify holds both in its cloud. Here is what that means in practice.

Is Dripify a Safe Cloud Tool?

Dripify has a documented safety stack, and it also holds your login and runs from its own IPs. The stack is real. Daily caps of 75 invitations and 100 to 150 messages, random delays, working hours and an automatic cooling-down pause are all in its help center. Where it falls short of its own wording is what sits behind it.

You hand Dripify your LinkedIn email and password. Its help center says the information is "fully encrypted by the system", and its privacy policy says data is stored on its service providers' servers, without naming a provider or region. The session then lives in Dripify's cloud, which is the convenience and the cost in one. Cookies and account data sit there too, and a teammate gets access through Dripify's team seats, not through your machine.

Dripify "Enter LinkedIn details" screen in our trial account with fields for the LinkedIn email and password

Dripify's connection screen in our trial account. It asks for the LinkedIn email and password and says the credentials are encrypted.

The IP is the second half. Dripify says every account gets a "unique, local, and high-quality proxy", and support described it the same way, with no option to bring your own. Our test showed otherwise. We signed up for two Dripify accounts from France and ran both addresses through IPQualityScore. They sat in the same /24 subnet at one hosting provider (HostRoyale Technologies, ASN 203020). Both were classed as data-center addresses, flagged as proxy and VPN, with a fraud score of 94 out of 100 and an identical browser fingerprint.

IPQualityScore lookups for the two Dripify addresses from our test. Fraud score 94, data center, flagged as proxy and VPN. This is an independent IP-quality signal, not LinkedIn's verdict. We hid the name of our IPQualityScore account.

We have met bad IPs many times, and one is enough to ruin the whole automation. Whichever tool you use, check the reputation of the IP your account runs from, ideally through an API such as IPQualityScore. This was one test with two accounts, not a verdict on every Dripify account, and it describes IP reputation, not LinkedIn's decisions. With a cloud tool you cannot swap the address for one of your own.

How Does Linked Helper Keep You in Control?

Linked Helper's answer is different. Activity runs from your own IP or a proxy you control, with daily limits, randomized delays, working hours and a proxy checker visible in the app. The proxy checker reports the country, a fraud score from IPQualityScore and whether the IP has been used by bots, crawlers or VPN services, and marks a proxy Good or Bad. It warns rather than blocks.

Pacing is set in the same app. The default daily limit is 150 actions, with Smart Daily Limit Adjustment and separate limits per action type, on Standard and Pro alike.

Which Is Better on Security Paperwork, Linked Helper or Dripify?

Neither has a certificate yet. Dripify support told us that SOC 2 and ISO 27001 are priorities with an expected date of Q4 2026, and that Dripify is GDPR compliant, pointing to its privacy policy. That policy has a data retention section, and support said account data is kept for 180 days after a subscription ends. Linked Helper has no SOC 2 or ISO 27001 either, but your session stays with you. The password is used for auto-login only, so if you do not add it you log in manually, and if you do not want it on our servers, you can store it locally on your machine. If your company needs a data processing agreement, ask both vendors for one before you buy.

Do Linked Helper Campaigns Stop When the Computer Is Off?

With Linked Helper on your own computer, yes, they pause. On a VPS campaigns stay online around the clock. Dripify's cloud runtime runs with the computer off.

What Do Users Say About Linked Helper and Dripify?

At the start of October the ratings on the major review sites look like this. Linked Helper rates higher on all three. Counting every review together, Linked Helper has 893 reviews at a weighted average of 4.78 out of 5, and Dripify has 1,362 at 4.61.

Dripify reviewers praise ease of use and the sequence builder. Their complaints cluster around pricing and billing, with auto-renewal without a reminder and refused refunds the most repeated. Linked Helper reviewers praise value and control, and complain about the learning curve.

How Do You Switch From Dripify to Linked Helper?

In six steps, using the 14-day Linked Helper trial that needs no card.

  • Write down what you actually use in Dripify, such as email steps and conditions. Email steps and branching are the two things Linked Helper handles differently, through an integration and through routing by outcome.
  • Export your leads to CSV before your Dripify subscription ends. Message history cannot be exported from Dripify on any plan, and support told us data is kept for 180 days after deactivation.
  • Download the Linked Helper desktop app for Windows, macOS or Ubuntu and start the 14-day trial. The first-campaign guide walks you through it.
  • Sign in to LinkedIn inside the app. For several accounts on one machine, assign each its own proxy (IPv4 only) and run the built-in proxy checker. Residential, ISP and mobile proxies are the better choice, because datacenter IPs are the ones most often flagged.
  • Rebuild one campaign in the campaign builder, set daily limits and working hours, and turn on reply detection. Run a small batch and compare replies. We recommend not running both tools on the same LinkedIn account at the same time.
  • Cancel Dripify once you are satisfied, and time it. Monthly payments are not refundable, and an annual plan can be refunded only in the first 24 hours.
