Linked Helper vs HeyReach in 2026: Price, Safety and Features Compared
Linked Helper vs HeyReach in 2026: Price, Safety and Features Compared
Short answer

Linked Helper is the cheaper and more private choice. It costs $15 per licence per month, and one licence runs one account at a time, against $79 per sender for HeyReach. Your session stays on your own machine, reviewers rate it higher (4.78 against 4.36 across G2, Capterra and Trustpilot), and it has more built-in data enrichment and AI tools. HeyReach positions itself as a managed cloud for agencies and leads on sender rotation, a shared inbox on every plan and a public API, but that convenience suits only teams that accept the security trade-off. The catch is custody. Connecting an account to HeyReach means giving it your LinkedIn password and 2FA secret key, and in our test it ran both accounts from data-center addresses in one block.

We make Linked Helper, so you should know whose guide this is. In October 2026 we signed up for HeyReach, connected two test accounts, checked and cross-checked everything, and talked to its support team to get the details straight. The screenshots below are from those tests.

The two are built in opposite ways. Linked Helper is a desktop app that runs on your own computer or VPS. HeyReach is a cloud platform that runs your LinkedIn account from the vendor's servers. That one difference decides what you hand over when you connect an account, which IP LinkedIn sees and what the bill looks like at 20 accounts.

Key takeaways

  • HeyReach runs in its own cloud and needs your LinkedIn password and 2FA secret key, or an extension that uploads your cookies. In our October 2026 test it ran both accounts from neighbouring data-center addresses with an IP fraud score of 100, although its help center promises a dedicated residential proxy.
  • "Unlimited senders, one fixed cost" has fine print. Its help center caps the Unlimited plan at 300 seats, email credits are small and unpriced, and VAT is added on top.
  • Linked Helper starts at $15 per month per account (Pro $45). HeyReach starts at $79 per month per sender. On annual billing that becomes $8.25 and $24.75 for Linked Helper and $63 for HeyReach.
  • At 20 accounts, hosting and proxies included, Linked Helper costs about $420 a month against $999 for HeyReach Agency, before VAT, extra email credits and any proxies of your own.
  • HeyReach leads on sender rotation, a public API and an MCP server, for teams that accept the trade-offs above. Linked Helper leads on price, on control of the session and on a built-in proxy checker, and on a VPS you rent it gives you the cloud mode with that control.

Which Is Better, Linked Helper or HeyReach?

On the numbers, Linked Helper leads on price, ratings and control. HeyReach leads on cloud convenience and agency tooling, which suits teams that accept the security trade-off of a vendor-held login.

Is Linked Helper or HeyReach Safer?

We believe Linked Helper is the safer of the two. It keeps your session and IP on your side, while HeyReach holds your login and runs the account from its cloud. This is where the two differ most, so we tested it instead of describing it.

What Do You Hand Over to HeyReach?

You hand over the keys to the account. HeyReach offers three ways to connect, and the one it labels "Your Best Choice" is Infinite Login, which asks for your LinkedIn password and your 2FA secret key.

HeyReach Connect LinkedIn account panel offering Infinite Login with LinkedIn credentials and 2FA as Your Best Choice, Credentials Login and Login with extension

HeyReach's Connect LinkedIn account panel in our October 2026 trial. Infinite Login is marked as the best choice.

The 2FA secret key is not the six-digit code from your authenticator app. It is the seed behind those codes, so with it HeyReach can generate every future code itself. That is why the account never disconnects, and it is what the vendor says it is for: its help center calls this the preferred way, because the tool can log in again whenever the session ends.

HeyReach Infinite Login step asking for the 2FA secret key instead of the one-time code

HeyReach form asking for the LinkedIn email, password and 2FA secret key, with a country picker and an Add your own proxy button

The next two steps. HeyReach asks for the secret key, then for email, password and key together, plus a country and an optional proxy. We hid our test email and key.

The extension route hands over the session instead. In October 2026 we unpacked the HeyReach login extension (version 1.0.6, Manifest V3). In the package we reviewed, it read the whole LinkedIn cookie jar and sent it to api.heyreach.io, and it blocked the LinkedIn logout page, so you cannot sign out of LinkedIn from that browser while it is installed. Either way the vendor, not you, holds the way into the account.

Where Does HeyReach Run Your Account From?

From its own servers, and in our test those servers did not look residential. We asked support where campaigns run, and the answer was plain. HeyReach runs in the cloud, a background login session is created when you connect, and no VPS is needed.

Its help center describes the IP as a dedicated static residential proxy that never changes and is never shared between two accounts. We connected two test accounts from France with Infinite Login and looked at what LinkedIn recorded. Before connecting, LinkedIn showed one session, ours.

LinkedIn active-sessions page before connecting the first test account. One session. We hid our own IP address.

After connecting, LinkedIn showed a second session, active a few seconds earlier, from Bordeaux on 45.146.212.28, owned by the Ripe Network Coordination Centre.

The same page after connecting the first test account in HeyReach. LinkedIn labels the location as approximate, so the IP address is the evidence. We hid our own IP address.

The second account got a different address that sat right next to it, 45.146.212.36.

LinkedIn active sessions page for the second test account, showing a second session from Bordeaux on IP 45.146.212.36

The second test account. A different address, in the same network block.

A dedicated IP is not a clean IP. Our IPQualityScore lookups in October 2026 put both accounts in the same block (45.146.212.x, Altinea SAS, Paris) and rated all three addresses we saw as data center with a fraud score of 100, flagged as proxy, VPN, recent abuse and bot. The accounts did not share an address, so that part of the promise held. Residential it was not. That is one test with two accounts, so it is no verdict on every HeyReach account, but it is the IP LinkedIn saw, and you cannot check or fix it yourself without bringing your own proxy. HeyReach lets you do that on its connect form. Whatever tool you use, check an IP's reputation before you rely on it, ideally through the IPQualityScore API or a similar service.

HeyReach's controls are real. You can pick one of 154 locations, set up to 40 connection requests a day (it recommends 25), and every plan gets a weekly cooldown, automatic freezing at 200 actions a day and random delays. One detail is worth knowing. Its article on whether HeyReach is safe describes limits without saying that restrictions can still happen. We did not find that warning in its documentation.

LinkedIn also took action against the vendor itself. In March 2026 it removed HeyReach's company page and its founder's profile, according to a Reddit thread and the founder's own account of it. That concerned the brand, not customer accounts, and we do not read it as proof about your account's safety. It does show that LinkedIn enforces against tools in this category.

What Do HeyReach's Compliance Documents Say?

HeyReach states on its data processing page that it does not hold ISO 27001 or SOC 2 certification and has no dedicated information security team.

HeyReach data processing addendum stating it holds no ISO 27001 or SOC 2 certification

HeyReach data processing addendum, as we saw it in October 2026. The highlighted sentence is the vendor's own.

That does not separate the two tools. Linked Helper does not hold an ISO 27001 or SOC 2 certificate either. It matters only if your procurement asks for one.

How Does Linked Helper Keep You in Control?

Linked Helper's answer is different. The session is created inside the desktop app on your machine and does not go to a vendor cloud for campaign execution. LinkedIn sees your own IP or a proxy you control. The password is used for auto-login only, so if you do not add it you log in manually, and if you do not want it on our servers, you can store it locally on your machine. Linked Helper was not part of the cloud test, because it does not run from vendor infrastructure.

The proxy checker shows what you would otherwise discover after a restriction. For each proxy it reports the country, a fraud score from IPQualityScore and whether the IP has been used by bots, crawlers or VPN and proxy services. A proxy is marked Good or Bad, and the app recommends replacing a Bad one. It warns rather than blocks, so the decision stays yours.

Pacing is set in the same app. The default daily limit is 150 actions, with a Smart Daily Limit Adjustment that varies the daily count so it never lands on the same round number, and separate limits per action type. The help center recommends 150 for accounts older than a year and advises against raising it. Its help center also says plainly that it cannot guarantee LinkedIn will not block you.

Linked Helper limits settings. The default cap is 150 actions per 24 hours, with per-action limits below it.

Do Linked Helper Campaigns Stop When the Computer Is Off?

Only if you leave Linked Helper on a laptop you close (the help center says so too). Run it on a VPS you rent and campaigns stay online around the clock, from an environment you control.

HeyReach's review of Linked Helper lists this as a drawback, saying the app slows a computer and campaigns stop when you close it, and that Linked Helper has no unified inbox. The first part is true of a laptop setup and ignores the VPS option above. The second part is wrong. Linked Helper has a Unified Inbox for cloud-synced accounts, and the review does not mention it.

Which Has More Features, Linked Helper or HeyReach?

It is closer than the price suggests. HeyReach has more agency tooling, and Linked Helper has more on the data and AI side. HeyReach rotates senders inside one campaign, offers a unified inbox on every plan, a public API and an MCP server for AI agents. Linked Helper has built-in data enrichment, AI messages, AI comments, ICP detection and a proxy checker. Its Unified Inbox covers all cloud-synced accounts, but it needs the Cloud storage version.

Which Is Better for Agencies, Linked Helper or HeyReach?

HeyReach positions itself as the agency tool, and for teams that accept a vendor holding their clients' logins its agency setup is real. Linked Helper covers the same basics for less, with the sessions staying on your machines.

How Much Do Linked Helper and HeyReach Cost?

Linked Helper is cheaper at every size, and the gap widens with every account you add. It starts at $15 per account per month against $79 for HeyReach. At 20 accounts the Pro plan costs $720 against $999 for the HeyReach Agency plan, and Standard costs $240. Linked Helper applies bulk discounts automatically, 10% off at 10 accounts and 20% off at 20, up to 50% off for larger teams. HeyReach drops the Growth price to $59 per sender from 10 senders, and sells fixed packs of 25 or 50 senders above that.

HeyReach's pricing page confirms the base numbers. Growth is $79 per sender, Agency is $999 per month for 25 senders and Unlimited is $2,999.

HeyReach pricing page with Growth at 79 dollars, Agency at 999 dollars and Unlimited at 2,999 dollars per month, October 2026

HeyReach pricing page, October 2026.

Linked Helper sells licences for 1, 3, 6 or 12 months instead of an auto-renewing subscription. The $8.25 figure is a 12-month licence billed once at $99. One licence runs one LinkedIn account at a time, so we quote prices per account.

Duration and bulk discounts stack, and bulk discounts apply when the licences are on one invoice (licensing and discounts). HeyReach's lower rate from 10 senders comes from its help center article on plans and does not show on the pricing page.

What Does HeyReach's "Unlimited, One Fixed Cost" Really Include?

HeyReach's headline promises unlimited senders for one flat fee, and three details sit behind it. First, its own help center says the Unlimited plan is capped at a shared pool of 300 seats, a number the pricing page does not show. Second, enrichment credits are small and bundles are not priced in public. Growth includes 100 credits per sender, Agency 1,000 for the whole pack and Unlimited 3,000, and these are one-time grants. Third, VAT comes on top.

We asked its support about extra costs. The answer: there is no free plan, no setup fee and no onboarding fee, and VAT is added for customers without a valid VAT number.

Prices have also moved. A January 2026 post by Botdog, another LinkedIn tool, lists the HeyReach Agency pack for 50 accounts at $749 and Unlimited at $1,499. HeyReach's 50-sender Agency pack costs $1,399 today and Unlimited $2,999, which would be rises of 87% and 100% in about six months. We could not check the old prices ourselves, so treat the post as one competitor's record.

What Does a 20-Account Agency Really Pay for Linked Helper and HeyReach?

A 20-account team pays about $420 a month with Linked Helper and from $999 a month with HeyReach, once you count what each price leaves out. List prices are only part of the bill, so we ran the full cost for one scenario. Five managers, 20 LinkedIn accounts, outreach feeding HubSpot, campaigns running 24/7, 400 email lookups per account and 850 follow-ups. Linked Helper lives on your own machines, so we added the hosting it needs. HeyReach is cloud, so it needs none.

Total per year, annual billing$312 per month, $3,744$799 per month, $9,588, plus the same extras

Monthly cost for 20 accounts, USD, October 2026. VPS and proxy prices are our assumptions, not vendor prices. HeyReach figures exclude VAT.

Linked Helper stays cheaper, but part of the gap is your own work, because you run the servers and proxies. We used the Agency pack for HeyReach because it is cheaper than 20 Growth senders at $59 each, which would cost $1,180. Our server and proxy lines are assumptions, and a heavier setup with fewer accounts per VPS would raise them.

Which Linked Helper or HeyReach Plan Is the Cheapest Way In?

At both tools the cheapest plan is also the real minimum. Standard at $15 per account and Growth at $79 per sender each run a full outreach campaign. Here is what each entry plan gives you.

The entry ticket

Standard is the real minimum at Linked Helper. It has the multistep sequences, reply stop and safety settings that most solo outreach needs, for $15. HeyReach's $79 buys the same core plus a shared inbox, an API and rotation from two senders, at 5.3 times the price. Move up to Pro only if you need message export, bigger credit pools or more than 20 CRM sends a day.

What Do You Get With HeyReach?

HeyReach home page, October 2026

HeyReach home page, October 2026.

HeyReach is a cloud LinkedIn outreach platform that positions itself as a tool for agencies and sales teams. Its strongest ideas are running several senders inside one campaign, one inbox for every sender and a clean workspace per client.

  • Sender rotation from two connected accounts, spreading a campaign over several profiles
  • Unified inbox on every plan, with a Master View across all client workspaces
  • Isolated workspaces per client, per-screen permissions and free seats for managers and clients
  • Public API and webhooks on every plan, native HubSpot, Zapier and Make integrations, and an official MCP server
  • Daily limits, a weekly cooldown, automatic freezes at 200 actions a day and random delays on every plan
  • A 14-day trial with no card, self-service cancellation and a pause for up to two months
PlanMonthly priceAnnual equivalentBest for
Growth$79 per sender$63 per senderOne to nine senders, small teams
Agency$999 for 25 senders$799Agencies with many client accounts
Unlimited$2,999$2,399Large fleets, capped at 300 seats

Reviewers of HeyReach praise rotation, the shared inbox and the Clay integration. Recurring complaints are bugs, slow support and billing for seats after downgrading. Its refund policy says fees are generally non-refundable once a billing period starts, with case-by-case exceptions, and cancelling does not delete your data or give you a self-service export. You ask support to delete it.

What Do You Get With Linked Helper?

Linked Helper home page, October 2026

Linked Helper home page, October 2026.

Linked Helper has spent ten years on one idea: automation that works from your own network. It is a desktop app (sometimes written LinkedHelper) from $15 per month with its own built-in browser. Campaigns are chains of actions with reply detection, and each account can get its own HTTP, HTTPS, SOCKS or SOCKS5 proxy.

  • Custom campaign builder with reply detection and stop conditions
  • Built-in CRM with tags, notes, auto-tagging and CSV export
  • Sales Navigator, Recruiter Lite, Recruiter, groups, events and post engagement support
  • Data enrichment credits, AI messages, AI comments and ICP detection
  • Daily limits, smart daily limits, randomized delays and working hours
  • Per-account proxy assignment with a built-in proxy checker
  • Unified Inbox across cloud-synced accounts, webhooks, Zapier, Make and direct CRM integrations
PlanMonthly priceAnnual equivalentBest for
TrialFree for 14 daysFree for 14 daysTesting the app before paying
Standard$15 per month$8.25 per monthCore automation, campaigns, CRM and export
Pro$45 per month$24.75 per monthHigher limits, advanced actions, enrichment
Cloud Standard and Pro$29.90 and $59.90 per month$16.50 and $33 per monthShared data, incoming webhooks, unified inbox

Linked Helper does not run on our servers, and that is the point. Install it on a VPS you rent and you get what a cloud tool gives you. Campaigns run around the clock, and you can log in from any device and give a teammate access. The difference is that the machine is yours. It does not rotate senders and it has no public API, and teams that need native cold-email sequencing should pair it with a dedicated email tool.

What Do Users Say About Linked Helper and HeyReach?

At the start of October the ratings on the major review sites look like this. Linked Helper is rated higher on Capterra and Trustpilot, and HeyReach slightly higher on G2. Counting every review together, Linked Helper has 893 reviews at a weighted average of 4.78 out of 5, and HeyReach has 124 at 4.36.

SiteLinked HelperHeyReach
G24.5 (149 reviews)4.6 (71 reviews)
Capterra4.9 (278 reviews)5.0 (2 reviews)
Trustpilot4.8 (466 reviews)4.0 (51 reviews)
All three, weighted4.78 (893 reviews)4.36 (124 reviews)

The three sites have different audiences and review rules, and HeyReach has only two reviews on Capterra, so treat the weighted average as a summary and not as one official score.

HeyReach reviewers like rotation, the unified inbox and its Clay integration, and complain about bugs, support and seat billing. One pattern is worth knowing. In our October 2026 snapshot of its Trustpilot profile, 19 reviews arrived between 10 and 24 July 2025, which is 73% of that year's volume, and 18 of them were five stars. In 2025 its CMO had described, in public, a program of gifts and personal notes to customers and a push for ambassadors. We cannot tell you why the reviews came in one wave, but a single wave moves the average. Linked Helper reviewers mention time savings, campaign control and value for money, and complain about a learning curve.

How Do You Switch From HeyReach to Linked Helper?

In six steps, using the 14-day Linked Helper trial that needs no card.

  • Write down what you actually use in HeyReach, such as rotation, the API and the shared inbox. Rotation and the API have no equivalent in Linked Helper, and email steps go through an integration.
  • Download the Linked Helper desktop app for Windows, macOS or Ubuntu and start the 14-day trial with full functionality. No credit card is needed. The first-campaign guide walks you through it.
  • Sign in to LinkedIn inside the app. A proxy is optional if you run only your own account. For several accounts on one machine, assign each its own HTTP, HTTPS, SOCKS or SOCKS5 proxy (IPv4, or IPv6 only through an IPv4 tunnel) and run the built-in proxy checker. Residential, ISP and mobile proxies are the better choice, because datacenter IPs are the ones most often flagged.
  • Rebuild one campaign in the campaign builder. Set daily limits, working hours and delays, and turn on reply detection so the sequence stops for people who answer.
  • Run it on a small batch and compare replies in the built-in CRM. We recommend not running both tools on the same LinkedIn account at the same time.
  • Cancel HeyReach when you are satisfied. Only an admin can cancel, access runs to the end of the paid period, and your data is not deleted until you ask support to delete it.
