Linked Helper vs Waalaxy in 2026: Price, Safety and Features Compared
Linked Helper vs Waalaxy in 2026: Price, Safety and Features Compared
Short answer

Linked Helper wins on price, control and what happens to your LinkedIn password. Linked Helper costs $15 per account per month, against €39 for Waalaxy Pro billed monthly. Linked Helper does not need your password, while Waalaxy asks for it inside its own app and stores it. Waalaxy is quicker to start, because it runs in the cloud. It also adds email steps. That speed suits people who accept the security and detection risks that come with it.

We make Linked Helper, so you should know whose guide this is. We signed up for Waalaxy, checked and cross-checked everything, and talked to its support to get the details straight. Prices, ratings and vendor pages were re-checked in October 2026.

The two are built in opposite ways. Linked Helper is a desktop app that runs on your own computer or VPS. Waalaxy is a cloud platform: it has no Chrome extension that runs campaigns, its help center says the extension was removed from the Chrome Web Store, and everything runs from its servers. That one difference decides who holds your LinkedIn login, which IP LinkedIn sees, what you pay per account and how much control you keep.

Key takeaways

  • Waalaxy asks for your LinkedIn email and password inside its app and stores them encrypted, together with your session cookies. Its own chatbot told us the password is never stored, but support corrected that in writing. In Linked Helper the password is optional.
  • Linked Helper starts at $15 per month per account (Pro $45). Waalaxy's headline €19, €49 and €69 are billed yearly. Paid monthly the plans cost €39, €99 and €139, and the cheapest one allows about 11 invitations a day.
  • Linked Helper runs as a desktop app with its own built-in browser engine on Windows, macOS or Ubuntu. Deploy it on a VPS or VDS and you get a cloud-like setup with the benefits of both worlds. Waalaxy runs in the cloud on every paid plan.
  • Linked Helper gives a 14-day free trial with full functionality and no credit card. Waalaxy asks for a card to start its trial.
  • At the start of October, the three review sites we checked showed these ratings: G2 4.5 against 4.5, Capterra 4.9 against 4.4, and Trustpilot 4.8 against 4.8. Weighted by review count, that is 4.78 across 893 reviews against 4.62 across 3,152.
  • At 20 accounts, hosting and proxies included, Linked Helper costs about $420 a month. Waalaxy Business costs €2,224 to €2,780 on monthly billing, before VAT.

Which Is Better, Linked Helper or Waalaxy?

Linked Helper leads on price, richness of features and control. Waalaxy leads on cloud convenience and native email, which suits people who accept the risks of a cloud tool, and its review base is much larger.

Where Does Waalaxy Store Your LinkedIn Password?

Inside its own cloud, encrypted, together with your session cookies. We know because Waalaxy's chatbot first told us the opposite, and a support agent had to correct it in writing.

In our test account we asked Waalaxy's chatbot how authentication works. It answered that the password is entered on LinkedIn's own login page and that Waalaxy never sees or stores it.

Waalaxy chat answering that Waalaxy never sees or stores the LinkedIn password

Waalaxy's chatbot in our test account. It says the password is never stored by Waalaxy.

A different question in the same chat got a different answer. Now the chatbot said that Waalaxy Cloud may store LinkedIn session cookies and that the password is stored in encrypted form, so Waalaxy can reconnect when the cookies expire.

Waalaxy chat answering that the LinkedIn password is stored in encrypted form and session cookies are kept

The same chatbot, another question. Now the password is stored encrypted and session cookies are kept.

We wrote to support about the two answers. The reply apologised for the chatbot's confusion and settled it: you enter your LinkedIn credentials in Waalaxy directly, not in LinkedIn, and they are stored in encrypted form for automatic reconnection. Waalaxy also stores your LinkedIn session cookies.

Email from Waalaxy support confirming that LinkedIn credentials are entered in Waalaxy and stored encrypted, and that session cookies are stored

Written reply from Waalaxy support after we pointed out the two chatbot answers. Agent name and photo removed.

Waalaxy's public Cloud FAQ agrees with support: giving your LinkedIn credentials is mandatory, and they are kept encrypted. A separate step called Infinite Login adds your LinkedIn two-factor secret key so Waalaxy can reconnect when LinkedIn asks for a code. It is optional, and support says the key is stored separately from the password.

Encryption is not the open question; the open question is where the stored information lives. Waalaxy's chatbot listed the hosting provider, the data region, how long cookies are kept and the list of subprocessors as not specified, and we found none of them on Waalaxy's public pages.

How Does Linked Helper Handle Your Password?

In Linked Helper the password is optional. The help center says it is used for auto-login only, so if you do not add it you log in to LinkedIn by hand, and if you do not want it stored on Linked Helper's servers you can store it locally on your machine (LinkedIn Accounts menu). The session is created inside the desktop app and stays with the machine that runs it.

Which Tool Has More Features?

Linked Helper has more built in. That means 30+ features, 15 native integrations (with Zapier, Make and webhooks on top) and deeper AI features. Waalaxy positions itself as a simple outreach tool: it has native email steps on the Business plan, A/B testing and a public API, which Linked Helper does not have, and its campaigns are built from pre-built models.

Can You Build Your Own Campaign in Waalaxy?

Not from scratch. Waalaxy's help center says campaign models have fixed action sets: you choose an existing model and cannot create one from scratch. You change the texts and delays inside it.

Linked Helper starts from an empty workflow where you chain any actions, with about 20 ready-made templates if you prefer a starting point. Waalaxy also limits you to four action types in a campaign: invitations, messages, follows and profile visits, plus email finding and email steps. Linked Helper adds endorsements, post likes and AI comments, group and event invitations and more.

How Much Does Waalaxy Really Cost?

Waalaxy's headline prices are the yearly ones. Paid monthly, the same plans cost twice as much, and the cheapest plan is capped at about 11 invitations a day. Next to that, Linked Helper Standard is $15 a month for each account.

The Waalaxy pricing page opens on its Yearly tab, which shows €19, €49 and €69. Click Monthly and the numbers become €39, €99 and €139. Quarterly sits in between at 20% off.

One Trustpilot reviewer put it this way: the upgrade is advertised at €49, "but this only applies to annual subscriptions. If you want a true monthly plan, the price jumps to €99."

PlanBilled monthlyBilled yearly, per month

Linked Helper sells licences for 1, 3, 6 or 12 months instead of an auto-renewing subscription. The $8.25 figure is a 12-month licence billed once at $99. One licence runs one LinkedIn account at a time, so we quote prices per account (licensing and discounts).

The Waalaxy bill has three more layers. Email finder credits reset every month and do not carry over, and extra credits are sold as fixed monthly plans, one at a time.

Waalaxy offers real volume discounts, but you must request the code and enter it before paying: 10% at 5 seats, 15% at 10, 20% at 20, 25% at 30 and 30% at 40. Seats you already own are not re-priced when you move up a tier. At Linked Helper the discounts start at 10 licences on one invoice, 10% off at 10 and 20% off at 20, and go up to 50% off for larger teams. Linked Helper's data credits never expire, neither those that come with a licence nor those you buy (Data Credits).

What Does a 20-Account Agency Really Pay?

A 20-account team pays about $420 a month with Linked Helper and between €2,224 and €2,780 plus VAT with Waalaxy Business on monthly billing, even after counting the hosting we added. List prices are only part of the bill, so we ran the full cost for one scenario. Five managers, 20 LinkedIn accounts, outreach feeding HubSpot, campaigns running 24/7, 400 email lookups per account and 850 follow-ups. Linked Helper lives on your own machines, so we added the hosting it needs. Waalaxy is cloud, so it needs none.

Monthly cost for 20 accounts, October 2026. Linked Helper in USD, Waalaxy in EUR, currencies not converted. VPS and proxy prices are our assumptions, not vendor prices. Waalaxy figures exclude VAT.

Annual billing narrows the gap but does not close it. The Advanced plan looks cheaper, at €784 for 20 seats on yearly billing, but its 25 credits per seat cover 500 of the 8,000 lookups, and the closest credit plan of 10,000 a month adds €280. The result, €1,064, is only €40 below Business.

Which Plan Is the Cheapest Way In?

At Linked Helper the cheapest plan is also the real minimum. Standard at $15 per account passes every check we set for a minimum viable setup, which we defined as the cheapest plan that still runs a real outreach campaign. At Waalaxy the cheapest plan is not the minimum, because Pro is capped at 11 invitations a day, and the plan that lifts the cap is Advanced.

The entry ticket

Standard is the real minimum. It has the multistep sequences, reply stop and safety settings that most solo outreach needs, for $15. Waalaxy's €19 is Pro on yearly billing, with 300 invitations a month, and the plan that lifts that cap costs €49 yearly or €99 monthly. Move up to Pro at Linked Helper only if you need message export, bigger credit pools or more than 20 CRM sends a day.

Unlike classic cloud tools, we have no servers that run your campaigns. You install Linked Helper wherever you choose, on a laptop or on a VPS you rent, and that is where the control comes from. On a VPS campaigns run around the clock, you can log in from any device and you can give a teammate access. It is also LinkedIn-first, so teams that need native cold-email sequencing should pair it with a dedicated email tool.

What Do You Get With Waalaxy?

Waalaxy positions itself as a simple LinkedIn and email outreach tool that anyone can launch in minutes. Its strengths are real for people who accept the risks of a cloud tool: campaigns run while your laptop is off, there is nothing to install or host, and its team permissions are detailed.

  • Runs in the cloud, from an IP address Waalaxy assigns to you
  • Pre-built prospecting sequences with automatic follow-ups and stop on reply
  • Cold email and LinkedIn plus email campaigns on the Business plan
  • Email finder with waterfall enrichment and a Business plan pool of 500 credits per seat
  • Team roles (Captain, Administrator, Member) with custom permissions and duplicate protection across the team

Waalaxy asks for a credit card to start its trial, and the trial turns into a paid plan unless you cancel. Cancel in Settings, Invoices, Manage my subscription at least 24 hours before renewal. This stops future payments without refunding the period you already paid.

What Does Waalaxy Say About Its IPs and Detection?

Waalaxy says each user gets a fixed IP shared with up to four other users, and that the IPs are VPN IPs. We did not measure those IPs, so we cannot tell you how clean they are, and that is exactly why you should check them.

Waalaxy Cloud FAQ answering about IPs, detection risk and the LinkedIn password

Waalaxy's own Cloud FAQ, October 2026. Fixed IP, up to 5 users per IP, VPN IPs, and a mandatory LinkedIn password.

Its FAQ does not call the IPs dedicated. Its chatbot did, answering that each Cloud user is automatically assigned a dedicated proxy IP that you cannot choose, change or replace with your own. A dedicated IP is a marketing point, and it is not the same as a clean IP. More than once, we have met bad IPs that wreck an entire automation, so the sensible habit is to check the reputation of the IP your account uses, through an API such as IPQualityScore where you can.

Waalaxy also says the Cloud does not imply any additional risk of detection by LinkedIn. Its help center tells it differently: Waalaxy does not comply with LinkedIn's Terms of Service, and as a result it has no leverage to recover a banned account. When we asked the chatbot what happens if LinkedIn restricts your account while a campaign runs, it said Waalaxy does not detect restrictions and campaigns keep trying until you pause them manually.

How Does Linked Helper Let You Check an IP?

Linked Helper's answer is different. Activity runs from your own IP or a proxy you control, and the proxy checker shows what you would otherwise discover after a restriction. For each proxy it reports the country, a fraud score from IPQualityScore and whether the IP has been used by bots, crawlers or VPN and proxy services. A proxy is marked Good or Bad, and the app recommends replacing a Bad one. It warns rather than blocks, so the decision stays yours.

Linked Helper proxy checker on a test proxy. A fraud score of 75 triggers the high-risk warning. It is an independent signal about the IP, not a decision by LinkedIn.

Pacing is set in the same app. The default daily limit is 150 actions in a rolling 24 hours, with a Smart Daily Limit Adjustment that varies the daily count so it never lands on the same round number, and separate limits per action type. Linked Helper also stops an action for four hours if five profiles in a row fail with the same error that may look suspicious to LinkedIn (why a campaign sleeps).

Linked Helper limits settings with a 150 actions per day cap and per-action limits

Linked Helper limits settings. The default cap is 150 actions per 24 hours, with per-action limits below it.

Do Linked Helper Campaigns Stop When the Computer Is Off?

Only if you leave Linked Helper on a laptop you close (the help center says so too). Run it on a VPS you rent and campaigns stay online around the clock, from an environment you control. With Waalaxy that is the one thing you do not have to set up, because the cloud does it for you, as long as you accept the security and detection risks of a cloud tool.

Which Is Better for Agencies, Linked Helper or Waalaxy?

Linked Helper fits agencies better: clients get their own workspaces and managers are free. Waalaxy puts every client in one team and charges for each seat.

What Do Users Say About Each Tool?

Users rate Linked Helper higher on Capterra, and the two tie on G2 and Trustpilot. But Waalaxy has more than three times as many reviews. When we count every review together, Linked Helper has 893 reviews at a weighted average of 4.78 out of 5, and Waalaxy has 3,152 at 4.62.

SiteLinked HelperWaalaxy
G24.5 (149 reviews)4.5 (1,600 reviews)

Trustpilot4.8 (466 reviews)4.8 (1,299 reviews)
All three, weighted4.78 (893 reviews)4.62 (3,152 reviews)

The weighted average multiplies each site's score by its number of reviews and divides by the total. The three sites have different audiences and review rules, so treat it as a summary and not as a single official score.

Waalaxy reviewers praise how easy it is to start. However, its complaints cluster around reliability and around billing, such as the monthly price being double the advertised one. Linked Helper reviewers mention time savings, campaign control and value for money, and its learning curve is the most common complaint.

Which One Should You Choose?

How Do You Switch From Waalaxy to Linked Helper?

In six steps, using the 14-day Linked Helper trial, which needs no card.

  • Export your lead lists from Waalaxy as CSV files. Waalaxy's help article on the export lists prospect fields and send and reply flags. Campaigns cannot be exported and we found no export of conversation text, so write down the messages you want to keep.
  • Download the Linked Helper desktop app for Windows, macOS or Ubuntu and start the 14-day trial. No credit card is needed. The first-campaign guide walks you through it.
  • Add your LinkedIn account inside the app. The password is optional, so you can log in by hand or keep it on your own machine. For several accounts on one machine, assign each its own HTTP, HTTPS, SOCKS or SOCKS5 proxy (IPv4) and run the built-in proxy checker. Residential, ISP and mobile proxies are the better choice, because datacenter IPs are the ones most often flagged.
  • Import the CSV into a list and rebuild one campaign in the campaign builder. Set daily limits, working hours and delays, and turn on reply detection so the sequence stops for people who answer.
  • Run it on a small batch and compare replies in the built-in CRM. We recommend not running both tools on the same LinkedIn account at the same time.
  • Cancel Waalaxy at least 24 hours before its renewal date, and check whether you pay monthly, quarterly or yearly, because the period you already paid is not refunded.
